For customers

Posting a load & getting it moved

How do I post a load?
Sign in, tap Post a load, and follow the 5-step wizard. Describe the item, add pickup and drop-off, choose dates, and publish. You can save a draft and finish later.
When am I charged?
Nothing. LoadBid is currently a free marketplace — posting, quoting and messaging are free. Payment for the job is arranged directly between the customer and the carrier on the terms shown on the accepted quote.
What if my move is delayed or damaged?
Open a dispute from the job page and message the other party. LoadBid can help mediate, but doesn't hold money — any refund is agreed directly with the carrier. You can also message us on WhatsApp for urgent help.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, from the job page. Cancellation terms depend on how close to pickup you are — see the job for details or contact support.
For carriers

Winning jobs & getting paid

How do I get verified?
Verification is optional. Upload your ABN, insurance, vehicle and ID details in the verification hub — once approved you'll get a verified badge and can quote on any load.
How and when do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly on the terms you agreed. LoadBid isn't involved in the exchange.
What does LoadBid charge?
None right now. LoadBid is free to use — no monthly fees, no lead fees, no charge for quotes. Payment for the job is arranged directly between the customer and the carrier.
Why was my quote not accepted?
Customers weigh price, reviews, verification and message replies. Keep your profile complete, respond quickly, and price competitively.
