See the customer's price expectation, load details and photos. Send a firm quote.
5. Pick up and deliver
Message the customer on-platform, upload proof-of-pickup and proof-of-delivery photos when the job's done.
6. Wrap it up directly
You and the customer wrap up the job on the terms you agreed in messages.
What you need to start quoting
A free account. That's it — no application, no approval queue and no documents before you can quote on ordinary freight.
You remain responsible for operating legally: hold the licences, insurance and accreditations required for the work you take on. Some specialised or legally regulated freight may still require you to show appropriate qualifications or compliance before a customer accepts your quote.
Adding your business details, ABN, insurance and vehicles later builds trust and can help customers choose you. Documents are stored securely and are never shown on your public profile.

LoadBid is not a party to your agreement with the customer and does not handle money between you. If this ever changes, it will be clearly disclosed before either side accepts anything.

- Can I quote on jobs outside my usual region?

- Do you support heavy or specialised freight?
- Yes. You'll be asked to record your vehicles and any heavy-vehicle or industry accreditations during verification.

How joining LoadBid as a carrier works
Signing up is free. You create an account as a carrier, add your business details, the vehicle types you run and the areas you cover, and your public carrier profile goes live on the marketplace. From there you can browse loads open for quotes or find Australian backloads going your way and send a quote with your price, timing and any conditions. The customer compares quotes and messages you directly through LoadBid.
Optional verification lets you upload your ABN, insurance certificate and accreditation documents. Once the LoadBid team has reviewed a document, a verification indicator appears on your profile. Verification is optional, so not every carrier on LoadBid is verified — customers should review each carrier's profile, credentials, insurance details and quote before choosing who moves their freight. Pricing, payment terms and payment method are agreed directly between the customer and the carrier. LoadBid does not hold or process payments and takes no commission on completed work.
